About the Instructor

Ronna Rochell has been teaching yoga for over 25 years and is a certified hatha yoga teacher. She was certified in 1998 through Master Yoga Academy, and in 2008 as an Anusara yoga teacher.  Before yoga, Ronna was a professional dancer with an MFA in dance. Her life experience gives her a unique perspective on the body’s optimal health, expression and bio-mechanics. She is an enthusiastic and fun teacher who inspires her students to step into a place of connection of mind, body and spirit.
