Tuesday Program - Taking A Bold Leap of Faith: The Sand Creek Story

Event Date: Tuesday, October 9, 2018
Event Time: 11:00 am

Guest Speakers: Joan Sirotiak, Gretchen Stein

25 years ago, Joan Sirotiak, MA, CEAP, and Gretchen Stein, Ph.D., CEAP, held a dream of co-creating a business that was built on the values of love and service and dedicated to assisting people with life’s problems. Today this dream is a very successful international business that serves at the highest level of government, in professional sports, heath care, education, broadcasting and many others fields. Sand Creek provides mental wellness and other supportive employee assistance to more than 650 employer groups serving more than 500,000 people annually. Their business model is unique.

Gretchen and Joan are humble women who work quietly in the world. Though they are often public speakers, they have never spoken to an audience about the business secrets to their success until now, with this invitation to speak to the Women’s Club.

Dr. Gretchen Stein is nationally recognized for her skills and success as an Employee Assistance Program designer, behavioral health care system administrator, writer, oil painter and public speaker.

Joan Sirotiak is Co-owner and Chief Financial Officer of The Sand Creek Group, Ltd. She is active in the community previously serving on the Board of
Directors for Family Violence Network, Greater Stillwater Chamber of Commerce, Ambassadors Committee and more.
